摘要：
Smart tourism leverages ICT advancements to transform travel experiences through real-time data integration and personalized services. Historically rooted in pre-internet reliance on physical agents, trip planning has now evolved into smart mobile-driven flexibility, while emerging innovations like the metaverse, AI-powered vehicles, and gamified destination "mystery boxes" further propel this evolution. Similarly, in MICE industries, AI not only enhances event management by optimizing logistics but also boosts engagement through interactive tools, concurrently enabling data-driven marketing strategies. This technological momentum is vividly illustrated by Macau’s recovery, where accelerated tech adoption directly correlates with sharply rising per-visitor spending.
主讲人简介：
黃穎祚 Jose Wong，担任澳门旅游学会秘书长，澳门酒店及旅游业学会副会长; 近五年在国际期刊发表数十篇学术论文，包括《Tourism Management》，《Journal of Travel Research》等。《Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research》、《Journal of Vacation Marketing》🧘🏻、《Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights》等8家国际期刊副编辑及编委会成员🚨，同时担任四十多家国际核心期刊的特邀评审员。曾获澳门科技大学2020年及2023年国际银行校级学术研究奖（LIB Academic Research Award）👨🏼🎤👩🏼🚒，第六届澳门人文社会科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖🚣🏽、三等奖各一项。
